Dear everyone!
I will not write a long and detailed report now.
I will summarize everything in a few points:
- yes, the resistance in Ukraine continues. At all levels. According to the "rule": either you are in the army or you work for the army. Again and again my friends artists join the army… For example, theater director Olena Apchel, critic and writer Oleksii Palianychka… (I will not list them all…) I bow to all of them and we are waiting for a victorious return home.
- All my other friends artists continue to create, even in frontline cities, such as Kharkiv or Zaporizhia, concerts are played, theatrical performances are staged, exhibitions are organized and literary presentations are held. And the halls everywhere are full! All my friends artists in Ukraine continue to collect aid for the purchase of cars, drones, anti-drone systems.
- In July of this year, our whole family joined the “repair together” initiative and, together with wonderful people from all over the world, helped rebuild houses in the villages of Chernihiv region, where many years before I went to record songs… (Our son stayed to rebuild until he started his studies and we plan to return again next year.) Thank you to everyone who helped with donations to buy generators and scaffolding for the construction.
- While traveling to Ukraine, we helped transport an ambulance purchased by the https:// www.bgk-verein.de/
Since 23.06.24 (last report) we collected 6690 Euro
- I sent your donations to the collection of cars, which is constantly organized by philosopher Volodymyr Yermolenko and his wife, scientist Tetyana Ogarkova
- To the collection of the theater "On the Left Bank" in Kyiv for the treatment of actor Andriy Valensky -To the collection for the reconstruction of the apartment for photographer Alex Zakletsky
- To the collection for drones and anti-drone systems for director Oleksiy Dorychevsky, actor Andriy Synyshyn, musician and actor Ostap Kostiuk
- During concerts with Mark Tokar, we raised for the collection for anti-drone systems and cars for his brigade So, I do not stop, and I will ask you not to stop if possible. Now we will collect for a car for the brigade in which Oleksii Palianychka
