Vielen Dank, dass ich hier sprechen darf. Ich tue das im Namen all der ukrainischen Schriftsteller und Schriftstellerinnen, die heute nicht hier sprechen können, weil sie Ihr Land, ihr Leben, Ihre und unsere Freiheit verteidigen. Ja, auch unsere hier.
Francis Fukuyama schreibt in der letzten Woche, dass ein Sieg der Ukraine über die russische Armee nicht nur den Imperialismus Putins stoppen würde, sondern den Glauben an die liberalen Demokratien wieder stärken würde, die durch Putin, Erdogan, Bolsonaro, Trump und co. unter Druck geraten sind.
